Noteri
I am designing and building Noteri, a mobile app for organising everyday documents. Design and prototyping are in progress.

A place for the files you keep looking for
A proposal arrives in a chat, a receipt stays in Photos, and an agreement disappears into a folder. Noteri starts with a simple idea: bring everyday documents into one mobile space, so finding a file feels less like retracing your steps.
The concept centres on three moments: adding a document, finding it again and doing something with it. Work and personal collections provide a starting point, while recent files and search offer shorter routes back to an ongoing task. This is the product hypothesis I am exploring, rather than a validated solution.

Designing and building Noteri
I am developing Noteri as an independent app, working on the product idea, experience and interactive prototype together. The main focus is the complete journey: bringing a document in, giving it a place and making it easy to return to when it is needed.
Design and prototyping move forward together. I am connecting the core interactions, refining navigation and working through the states between actions. The prototype helps me examine the experience in use, revisit decisions and spot gaps that are easy to miss in a static layout. The soft lavender palette and restrained interface give the app its character while keeping documents at the centre.

Building towards an app people can use
The work now is to make the core experience hold together beyond the ideal path. I am considering how a collection starts empty, how a new file moves through import and how someone picks up where they left off. These details shape whether Noteri can become a useful everyday tool.
The immediate milestone is an interactive prototype I can test and refine before expanding the app. Scanning, text recognition, connected drives, sync and biometric locking are proposed capabilities, rather than finished features. This case will evolve alongside the application as the design and development progress.
